Please Note: Perfumes are personal-use products. To maintain hygiene & avoid misuse, we offer limited return options.

✅ Returns Accepted Only If:
You received a wrong item, damaged product, or leaking bottle.

You must share unboxing video (from seal break to product opening) within 24 hours of delivery.

Email or WhatsApp us with the issue, along with the video.

We Do NOT Accept Returns If:

You don’t like the fragrance (scents are subjective).

The perfume is used or tested.

Return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.

💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged/wrong product claims after verification.

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
